February 1, 2024, 11:59 pm CST – Deadline for submission to the Promising Scientist* Award
February 20, 2024, 11:59 pm CST – Deadline for submission for all abstracts (including Oral and Poster Awards)
March 1, 2024, 11:59 pm CST - Deadline for late abstracts. Only poster format, not eligible for awards.
March 1, 2024 – Notification of presentation for abstracts submitted for the 2/20 deadline
